Portal Invitation

You will receive a portal email invitation entitled “Redeem your invitation followed by your first name” from JWC Environmental crm_admin@jwce.onmicrosoft.com that looks like below screenshot.

Click on the “Redeem your invitation” link to redeem your invitation in to the JWC Environmental Sales Portal at https://portal.jwceservice.com/

When you click on the above “Redeem your invitation” link it will take you to the below screenshot. Click on register to proceed and follow the prompts that follows.


Enter your password and confirm the password by re-entering it in the confirm password field.
Your password should be made up of.
  • At least one Capital letter
  • Lower case letters
  • One or more numbers
  • At least 8 characters long.

Click on the “Register” button to complete the registration process. If successful it should redirect you to your Start- home page as shown below

Accessing the Sales Representative Portal

The Sales Representative Portal can be found by browsing to https://portal.jwceservice.com/

       Click on the Sign in at the top right or click on the Startup Report Entry button to the middle left on the home page to get to the login page as shown above on page 3.

 

Submitting Startup Reports

Start Up Page

The Startup Cases page will be your default page once logged into the Sales Representative Portal. Products are sorted by their ship date, descending. Several fields are available for the user to reference, the purchasing Customer, the Product ID, the Product Serial Number, the Product Ship Date, and the Product Specification. All fields are searchable using the Search field at the top of the grid.
Each Start Up record has a clickable Ticket Number field to allow for submitting Start Up information.




 

Searching for Product

Searching for the product you want to submit Start Ups for is as simple as typing the relevant information into the Search field above the Product Specification and pressing enter or clicking the search icon.


 

Entering the Startup Information


Verify the product and serial number before continuing.
Enter the product start-up date in the Startup Date field.
Add your completed and signed start up form via the Attach startup files button.













The comment field is mandatory.
Provide any details regarding the start up in the Comment field.
       Click the Choose Files button and select your document from the local computer.
Click Submit to upload the file.












When the Startup Date, and the completed, signed startup form have been uploaded, click the Submit button at the bottom of the screen to complete the process.


 

Troubleshooting

 

Missing Product


If the product you are intending to start up is missing from your list. Please contact servicesales@jwce.com to resolve the issue.
